  A friend suggested this place awhile back so I decided to give it a try...went to the Eldersburg location (fairly new) I was impressed that the menu was full of healthy choices, can't go wrong there, I ordered the Parmesan chicken penne, apple salad, spaghetti & meatballs, side salad oh and a small order of pot-stickers...everything tastes good/ok but if & when I go back it'll be mainly because of the fresh ingredients & healthier choices.
  
  The service was 5!!!!!

  This place is trash! TRASH! Put in an order for the spicy Korean beef dish with zoodles. 40 minutes later, neither I, nor any of the coworkers I was with, had received our food. I went up to the register/prep area MULTIPLE TIMES and no one would acknowledge me nor the other people standing around who had also not received their food. I couldn't even get anyone's attention to cancel our orders. They literally had their backs to us, assembling food orders - but clearly no orders for the group standing there.
  
  Finally they start bringing food out. I receive my meal and it's regular noodles, NOT the zoodles I'd ordered. Then it was super sweet, like melted candy atop the noodles and beef. I ate part of it because I was starving but overall wasn't pleased with the dish at all. My coworker never received her food and had to basically scream at the people working there to get their attention to receive a refund.
  
  We found out later there was a huge catering order shortly before we came in that wiped out all the zoodles, which is fine, that kind of thing happens. But they should have TOLD US when we ordered! And then not IGNORED US when we tried to find out what was taking the food so long.
  
  I'm done with Noodles & Co. Period.

  Sub par noodles and company, no chopsticks, the tea containers are without lid. I don't know if that is a health code violation, but I can't think it is ok to have a vat of sweet tea open to air. Person who brought the food is nice, but he didn't bring utensils like other noodles and Co.

  I am in the area visiting a long time friend, and I needed something to calm my stomach. My friend noticed this restaurant near the Best Buy, and I went here. After perusing the menu for a moment, I decided on the Butter Noodles with Chicken. It was very tasty and filling. The service was good, as the cashier brought my to go to where I was sitting. All in all, a good first experience to this restaurant.

  This corporat has an app, the app got me coming here for the rewards, I colected 90+ rewards and the company is telling me it is a glitch and that I will not be getting the rewards.
  
  Ive been coming here for years to collect these rewards and now I get 0.
  
  It is disgusting and iligal!
